Services Offered

Our dispatch model is designed around defined responsibilities, consistent processes, and clear operational boundaries. Dispatching is criteria-driven, not volume-driven, ensuring alignment with how each owner-operator chooses to run their business.

Core Dispatch Services

Load Search and Qualification
Freight is sourced and screened using your defined operating criteria, including rate thresholds, lanes, mileage considerations, and stated preferences.

Structured Load Evaluation
Loads are evaluated for operational viability based on total miles, deadhead distance, and rate per mile (RPM) relative to your requirements.

Rate Negotiation and Booking
We communicate with brokers, negotiate rates, and coordinate booking only after owner-operator approval.

Broker Communication and Coordination
All necessary broker interactions, appointment confirmations, and load-related communications are handled within your stated availability.

Owner-Operator Approval Protection
No load is booked, confirmed, or tendered without the explicit approval of the owner-operator or the fleet manager.

Issue Support and Resolution Assistance
If issues arise during transit, we remain engaged to assist with broker communication and work toward a practical resolution.

Detention and Accessorial Follow-Up
When applicable, we assist with detention, TONU, and accessorial-related follow-ups through continued broker communication.

Document Management and Tracking
Rate confirmations, PODs, and BOLs are organized and monitored to ensure paperwork continuity and reduce missing-document issues.

After-Load Administrative Follow-Through
Post-delivery paperwork awareness and missing-document follow-ups remain part of the dispatch workflow.

Weekly Reporting and Billing
Each week, a detailed report and corresponding invoice are issued reflecting approved and successfully booked loads, including full billing visibility.

Dedicated Dispatcher Continuity
Communication remains consistent through assignment to a dispatcher familiar with your operation and stated preferences.

Ongoing Operational Refinement
Lane preferences and screening behavior are refined over time based on observed operating patterns and market conditions.

Administrative Support Enhancements

Certain carriers prefer assistance with back-office and documentation tasks that fall outside standard dispatch functions. These services are available as optional support enhancements.

Invoice Preparation Assistance
Preparation of invoices using carrier-provided information and supporting documentation.

Factoring and Document Submission
Submission of invoices and paperwork to factoring companies based on carrier authorization. The carrier remains the billing party at all times.

Compliance and Authority Reminders
Administrative reminders related to authority maintenance, registrations, and standard filing awareness.

Dispatch Fit

If your operation benefits from structured load screening, controlled communication, and criteria-based dispatching, this model may be a strong fit.

We can review your lanes, preferences, and availability to determine alignment.
